Before we could even create a bias list (or even before we knew what the word meant), there was a woman who would always have us on top of any list.
Before every comeback, there was a woman who knew the rhythm of our mood swings before we learned every beat and drop of our favorite songs.
Before we ever held our lightsticks one concert at a time, we held hers.
And for some of us, that woman is still in the front row—beside us, singing along.

A mother’s love is something else, isn’t it? Their willingness to explore a world they didn’t grow up in—just to stay close to the one we are growing into. It grows brighter with every memory shared with other fangirls, but most especially with their children that love and stan the same groups (or even different ones).

I am a multi stan, but got into BTS after Dynamite was released. Soon after, my son became Army. Now my son, along with my brother and mom (who is also Army) go to multiple cupsleeve events, Kpop stores (Kloud, Kandy Pop, and Saranghello), and have fun with everyone we meet and run into. We also own some of the EMJ cardholders, lanyards, and bags. 💜
I am a mom and bonus mom to 3 beautiful k-poppers! They reeled me in with BTS and have kept me in with ATEEZ, Seventeen, etc.
It started with just some good music and beats to dance in the kitchen to and became “OMG who is that hottie?!?”
We do so much together because of k-pop – travel, concerts, cupsleeves, and markets.
