CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order or from the time you receive your Order Confirmation email, whichever comes later.  Once your order is cancelled, a cash refund will be issued via your original payment method within 3-5 business days (probably even sooner). 

Cash refunds are issued only within 24 hours of placing your order.  However, we do understand that certain situations arise that would require an order to be cancelled after 24 hours have passed.  In this instance, a store credit equivalent to the refund amount will be given instead of a cash refund.  Store credit spends like money in our store so you can use it to pay for the product, shipping, or both!

EXCHANGES

We will be more than happy to exchange any item in your order if we have not shipped your order yet.  Once your order has been shipped, we would unfortunately be unable to accept any exchanges at that time. To find out if we are still able to make exchanges, please email us at chat@byemj.com.

RETURNS

We inspect our products individually and we are very strict with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks.  If you receive a faulty or defective item, or if we ship you the incorrect item by mistake, please email us at chat@byemj.com within 30 days of delivery.  If eligible, we will provide a return label to you so you may return the item to us.  Please note that all items must be returned in its original condition and in the original By EmJ packaging.  Please feel free to keep any freebies/photocards that came with your original order. Once we receive the item back, we will then arrange for the new item to be shipped to you (we’ll cover the cost of shipping for that, too!).
