You have up to 60 minutes to cancel your order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
We will be more than happy to exchange any item in your order if we have not shipped your package yet. We are unable to alter your order once your package is in the mail. To find out if we are still able to make exchanges, please email us at email@example.com.
We inspect our products individually and we are very strict with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If you receive a faulty or defective item, or if we ship you the incorrect item by mistake, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery. If eligible, we will provide a return label to you so you may return the item to us. Please note that all items must be returned in its original condition and in the original By EmJ packaging. Please feel free to keep any freebies/photocards that came with your original order. Once we receive the item back, we will then arrange for the new item to be shipped to you (we’ll cover the cost of shipping for that, too!).
Store credit is issued equivalent to the refund amount instead of a cash refund. Store credit spends like money in our store so you can use it to pay for the product, shipping, or both!
